PAL® CAMP

(Peer Assistance Leadership®)

MIDDLE SCHOOL & MENTOR TRAINING  

October  7- 9,  2004

 

Location:                  Camp Ta Ta Pochon is located at the 7000' elevation in the beautiful Barton Flats area of the San Bernardino Mountains---(909-794-2927).             

Departure:                THURSDAY, 10/7 - 9:00am   -  Washington Middle School     

(1st Student Bus Transportation) 716 E. La Habra Blvd., La Habra, CA

Return:                      SATURDAY, 10/9 - 5:00pm   -  Washington Middle School

Who:                          Students enrolled in middle school & selected high school mentors  will attend with teachers/counselor advisors from their school site.  

                                    3-semester units are available to teachers/educators  attending for an additional charge of $85./unit made payable directly to the CDFC.

 

Camper Packet:      Each camper/advisor and parent will receive a Camper Supply List, Registration Form, Medical Release Form, Camp Map, and a Camper Contract. 

                                    All forms must be completed by all participants attending camp.

Cost:              $199.00/Participant-(Registration Deadline–10/1,  2004 after $225.)

(PTA/Title IV/SDATE/TUPE funding sources are appropriate)
